Elite Executive Solutions LLC is conducting a confidential search for a Junior Electrical Estimator to join the team in Escondido, CA. The ideal candidate is early in their career and will develop estimating skills while collaborating with an experienced team on commercial electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates, reviewing bids, and performing quantity takeoffs. Degree in related field is preferred but not required; DOE compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of electrical construction or estimating experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specs, and construction docs.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and estimating software preferred.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing detailed estimates and competitive bids for electrical projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and bid documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and help determine material, labor, equipment & subcontractor costs.
• Solicit and evaluate pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
• Support bid preparation, scope reviews, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with senior estimators, project managers, and operations teams.
• Stay current on material pricing, labor considerations, and market conditions.
