GHD in the United States is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering Design Organization. This role offers early career development across power generation, distribution and utilization projects, and the chance to work with a dynamic, high‑performing team.

This position supports a hybrid model with in-office collaboration three days a week. You will create and present power studies, design electrical power systems, prepare procurement specifications and construction documents,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• EIT certification is preferred.
• Up to 2 years of experience in electrical power design.
• Knowledge of NFPA70 (NEC) and standards is preferred.
• Familiarity with ETAP or SKM for power studies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creation and presentation of power studies.
• Detailed design of electrical power systems.
• Preparation of electrical equipment procurement specifications.
• Preparation of electrical construction documents.
