Job summary

CA CI is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to support NSWC Crane with responsibilities spanning architecture, modeling, and system integration. The role requires communication across levels, strong documentation, and solid project-tracking capabilities.

Minimum clearance is Secret; ABET-accredited engineering degree; ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate with teams and vendors on a DoD program.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from ABET accredited university.
• Ability to manage project schedules and integrations within site processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate at multiple levels.
• Experience with tracking deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate writing and oral communication skills.
• Ensure quality products and services are delivered to the customer.
• Define electrical system implementation approach and operational concepts; develop models and architectural guidelines.
• Provide technical inputs related to the implementation of system architecture by other staff.
• Support electrical system analyses for total system product integration from concept to disposal.
• Attend project meetings as assigned.
• Project coordination and document control including generation and review of technical documentation.
• Closely monitor project team and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and technical rigor.
