Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Dosimetrist I to perform dosimetry planning for cancer patients using state‑of‑the‑art software and collaborate with the oncology team to ensure accurate treatment delivery.

The role requires completed dosimetry training or radiotherapy certification, MDCB eligibility, and strong communication. The position is full-time and hourly with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a medical dosimetry school or certified radiation therapist.
• Board eligible in Dosimetry per MDCB.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan external beam radiation therapy and calculate doses.
• Perform HDR planning and dose calculations.
• Use Mosaiq EMR and related software to deliver care.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, physicists, and therapists.
• Create and present dosimetry plans per physician directives.
• Assist in simulation and reconcile charges with EMR documentation.
