Responsibilities include cost analyses, compliance with best practices, and creating supporting analyses and briefings for executives. Bachelor’s degree required; DoD clearance eligibility required.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a quantitative field or reference coursework/projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform quantitative analyses and support cost estimating.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cost analyses and estimates for Life Cycle Cost Estimates, budgets, contracts, and proposals.
• Ensure estimates comply with industry practices and are validated by independent assessors.
• Develop supporting analyses and documentation (affordability analyses, risk analyses, narratives).
• Support acquisition milestone packages and strategic documents (APBs, LCSPs, Acquisition Strategy).
• Review contractor data to determine methodologies, identify drivers, and develop CERs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop estimates and communicate results.
• Present briefings to colleagues and senior leaders for executive decisions.
• Contribute to cost estimating policies and best practices.
