Armory815, a fast-growing advertising agency in downtown Rockford, IL, is seeking an Entry-level Digital Marketing & Ad Operations Specialist onsite. You’ll support campaigns across paid media, CRM, analytics, and customer engagement while learning marketing tech stacks and reporting best practices.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a passion for data-driven marketing, strong organizational skills, and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (or graduating soon) in Marketing, Business, Data, or related field
• Internship, coursework, or project experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing
• Strong interest in data-driven marketing and campaign performance
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Great communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing programs across paid media, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and customer engagement channels.
• Build, launch, and manage campaigns within marketing technology platforms such as Iterable, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, and digital advertising ecosystems.
• Assist with audience segmentation, customer data management, targeting strategies, campaign deployment, and quality assurance processes across channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, develop reporting insights, support A/B testing initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes.
• Support digital advertising operations including campaign trafficking, audience activation, measurement, attribution, and platform integrations.
• Help develop and maintain Armory815's marketing technology stack, including CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, Workamajig, campaign operations workflows, and data infrastructure.
