Job summary

Spry Methods seeks a DevOps Engineer Jr to join our Quantico, VA team. You will deploy, configure, and support software applications and systems, ensuring performance and security in a high-security environment.

You will work with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and third-party software, while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet LD requirements and government standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Top Secret clearance.
• At least 1 year of relevant DevOps experience or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with SAFe, Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Deploys and configures services using IaaS providers (AWS, Azure, GCE, RackSpace/OpenStack).
• Configures and manages Linux servers for dynamic web applications.
• Maintains CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Implements and manages open-source monitoring tools.
• Configures and uses configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt).
• Collaborates to ensure APIs are secure, scalable, and performant.
