About the Role

Junior .net Programmer - One year contract NYC onsite. You must be on my W2. No OPT or any Visas or Companies.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of power system related applications.
• Work closely with senior developers, analysts, and project stakeholders.
• Deliver reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) or a related field, or equivalent practical training.

Other degrees accepted.

• Computer Science degree only, provided the candidate has professional experience working in an electric utility.
• Computer Science degree only, with demonstrated strong development experience using Microsoft development tools.

Required Skills

• Foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software development concepts.
• Basic experience through coursework, internships, academic projects, or personal projects using Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Angular, or SQL Server.
• Understanding of relational databases, data structures, and application debugging techniques.

Pay range and compensation package

35 - 40 hr on my W2 paid weekly
