Job summary

NAPCO Security Technologies seeks an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and maintain desktop, web, and backend applications. You will implement multithreaded Windows services supporting many concurrent connections and integrate secure networking with hardware components.

Responsibilities include optimizing SQL Server databases, building AI-assisted automation, and maintaining cloud-hosted applications and development workflows.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or related field.
• At least six years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong skills in C#/.NET, ASP.NET, frontend, SQL Server, networking, multithreaded services, AI-assisted development, source control, and cloud troubleshooting.

Job description
