Job summary

Speedo, a Pentland Brands brand, is seeking a Junior Designer to deliver consumer-led global designs aligned with brand DNA and seasonal direction. You will support design development from concept through production, collaborating across teams and using research, prototyping, and 3D visualization.

The role emphasizes executing sketches, mood boards, 3D renderings, trend presentations, and design documentation; you will work with cross-functional partners and external vendors to ensure design

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in industrial design, product design, or hard goods.
• Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• 3D modeling/rendering knowledge; KeyShot is a plus.
• Strong visual communication and ability to translate insights into design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of innovative, functional, and commercially relevant hard-goods products from concept through production.
• Translate consumer insights and brand direction into compelling product concepts.
• Develop concepts through sketching, mood boards, color/material stories, and 3D visualization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to refine concepts and communicate design intent.
• Prepare trend boards and design proposals for presentations.
