Pentland Brands, home of Speedo, seeks a Product Developer to lead end-to-end softgoods development from concept through commercialization. You will partner with design, sourcing, and manufacturing, ensuring quality, cost targets, and timely delivery while managing BOMs, specs, and development documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in apparel or softgoods product development in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to commercialization, meeting quality, cost, performance, and timeline objectives.
• Collaborate with Design, Raw Materials, Supply Chain, Quality, and global manufacturing partners across the product development lifecycle.
• Maintain main product data in PLM, including BOMs, specifications, and development docs.
• Approve fabrics, trims, colors, prints, labels, and other components for on-time launches.
• Develop and monitor development milestones aligned with GTM calendar; manage timelines.
