Job summary

Pentland Brands, home to Speedo, is seeking an Associate Global Product Manager - Softgoods to drive product strategy across global lines. You will partner with design, development, marketing and brand teams to bring products to market on time and within calendar.

The role emphasizes collaboration, consumer insights-driven decision making, and managing line plans in the DeSL PLM system. You will contribute to seasonal launches, pricing analysis and SMS logistics while supporting global

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of merchandising, planning, or product creation experience in apparel, swimwear, or sporting goods.
• Experience interpreting consumer insights and market trends.
• Ideally experience in DeSL PLM system.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans across swimwear categories.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Product Merchandising, Design, Development, Marketing, Brand.
• Share consumer insights and data with the team.
• Maintain global line plans in DeSL PLM with accuracy.
• Prepare design and development briefs for internal teams.
• Conduct competitor research and identify trends.
• Track category trends and consumer behaviors; report updates.
• Create seasonal presentations and GTM tools.
• Assist with sales meeting prep and key account presentations.
• Manage global SMS ordering and tracking.
• Support pricing analysis with merchandising team.
• Ensure deadlines align with global merchandising calendar.
• Assist PLM workflow improvements with IT and Product Operations.
