Job summary

Ashley Digital, the e-commerce engine behind Ashley Furniture Industries, seeks a design and video editing professional to craft static and video ad creative for major platforms. You’ll transform UGC and creator footage into on-brand variants, maintaining consistency and speed in a fast-moving team.

You’ll work with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut and other social content tools, prioritizing iteration over perfection while keeping assets organized in Monday.com, Frame.io, and Aprimo.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of design and video editing experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Comfort with CapCut, ElevenLabs, and other fast-turn social content tools.
• A production mindset favoring iteration over perfection and strong organizational skills.

How We'll Measure Success:

• Volume and turnaround time on ad creative requests.
• Asset performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS) in partnership with growth teams.
• QA accuracy with low error and revision rate on shipped ads.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of design and video editing experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Comfort with CapCut, ElevenLabs, and other fast-turn social content tools.
• A production mindset favoring iteration over perfection and strong organizational skills.
