Ashley Digital is seeking a Video Editor, Growth Marketing to join our in-house Growth team, reporting to the Senior Designer, Growth Marketing. This remote role requires residing in the United States and offers a blend of fast-paced, data-driven creative work with opportunities to shape the digital advertising strategy across platforms.

You will edit and iterate creative using Premiere and CapCut, design static assets in Figma, and collaborate closely with the growth team to optimize campaigns

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of video editing experience for digital campaigns.
• Portfolio of performance-driven creative for digital campaigns.
• Strong short-form editing skills in Premiere, CapCut, or AI tools.
• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience tracking performance metrics like CTR and hook rate.

Aufgaben

• Edit and repurpose video in Premiere for paid social, YouTube, and CTV.
• Build and organize workflows for daily and weekly creative needs.
• Bring new concepts to the table and strengthen existing creative based on data.
• Design net‑new static ads in Figma for campaigns.
• Partner with the growth team to brainstorm and execute rapid creative iterations.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
• Push visual boundaries while keeping the work true to the Ashley brand.
