Qualifications

• The candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
• Experience or internships in children’s clothing design is preferred.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
• Strong understanding of tech packs and garment construction is important.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Designer in creating and updating tech packs for children’s apparel.
• Collaborate to develop innovative designs and prints for our target audience.
• Maintain filing system for design documents and ensure organization.
• Participate in design reviews and assist in approvals.
• Research trends in children's fashion to inspire new collections.
• Prepare presentation materials and assist in meetings with teams and partners.
• Support production by coordinating with suppliers on design specs and timelines.
• Align design efforts with brand aesthetics and market goals.
• Help develop and implement design concepts from ideation to completion.
