Holesum Studio, located in the upper Hudson Valley, seeks a Junior Architectural Designer with 1–4 years of experience. The position offers a hybrid schedule with a preference for three days in the office weekly.

Projects span hospitality, arts institutions, affordable housing, and residential work, with strong opportunities for learning and advancement. The role requires an architecture degree, Revit proficiency, and knowledge of Adobe design tools.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Revit; familiarity with architecture workflows preferred.
• Experience with construction or fabrication is a plus.
• Interest in building science and research-oriented approach is valued.

Responsibilities

• Work under the principal across design phases and production.
• Prepare SD and DD presentations.
• Develop construction documents.
• Coordinate with consultants and respond to RFIs.
• Attend construction site visits and client presentations.
• Source and assess material samples.

Junior Architectural Designer with 1-4 years experience wanted for a growing design and research firm located in the upper Hudson Valley. Hybrid schedule possible, but at least 3 days a week in the office is preferred.
