Job summary

HNTB Corporation in Fort Worth, TX seeks an intern-level engineer to assist in producing and modifying design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans and specifications for assigned projects. You will work with the project team to apply engineering techniques and design criteria across a range of sizes and complexities.

This position is for current/former HNTB Interns only and offers exposure to diverse infrastructure projects, with opportunities to develop conceptual and detailed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Supports the preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assists in the preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
• Supports engineering teams with research, data collection, field investigations, development, and design of projects.
