Job summary

HNTB Corporation seeks an engineering intern to assist in producing and modifying design calculations, technical reports, and engineering plans for varied projects across multiple locations. You will work with project teams to develop designs and supporting calculations using current tools and software.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and familiarity with MicroStation and AutoCAD, along with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Familiar with MS Office and MicroStation/AutoCAD.
• Intern-only position: current or former HNTB interns only.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Supports the preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assists in the preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
• Supports engineering teams with various tasks including research, data collection, field investigations, development, and design of projects.
