Job summary

Datrose is seeking a Circuit Design Engineer in Orlando, FL for a 1-year contract with a hybrid work arrangement. You will own the full lifecycle of control circuit assemblies, develop schematics and PCB layouts, and verify designs against electrical, timing, and safety requirements.

You will work with servo SMEs and mechanical teams to define control algorithms and resolve board-level constraints, while coordinating with vendors for fabrication and BOMs.

Qualifications

• Circuit-card design experience with schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Analog and mixed-signal circuit analysis and simulation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for control circuit assemblies (CCA).
• Develop detailed schematics and PCB layouts with industry-standard tools.
• Create verification plans to ensure electrical, timing, and safety requirements are met.
• Define control algorithms, feedback loops, and interface requirements with servo SMEs.
• Collaborate with mechanical/packaging engineers to resolve board-level constraints.
• Liaise with vendors for design files, BOMs, and manufacturing instructions; support prototype fabrication and yield analysis.
