United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Junior Data Scientist who loves solving problems with data and has strong math, logic, and communication skills. You'll support data processing, model updates, and analytics reporting while learning advanced techniques that grow your impact.

This role offers remote work with occasional in-person hubs; unlimited PTO and comprehensive benefits are included. You’ll collaborate across Engineering, Reporting, Product, Paid Media, and Data Science to turn

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data cleaning, modeling, and analysis using Python or R.
• Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
• Strong SQL skills including advanced queries and data manipulation.
• Experience with BI platforms and generating executive-level visuals.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with cloud data tools and version control workflows.

Responsibilities

• Learn and transform data to support business requirements.
• Plan and scope end-to-end data analysis projects.
• Combine datasets using SQL and BigQuery from multiple sources.
• Deliver clear, actionable data insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain and retrain media-mix models and report changes.
• Collect results from analyses to support learning culture.
• Conduct guided marketing analyses for client and internal needs.
• Create presentations and data pulls to assist decision makers.
• Automate data gathering, blending, and transformations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Reporting, Product, Paid Media, and Data Science teams.
