AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Data Scientist to join our Data Science team. You’ll work with the insurance department to develop pipelines, logics, reports, and models that improve our insurance products and customer experience.

You will build understanding of insurance operations, develop automated data pipelines and dashboards, validate data quality, and productionize ML models for retention and sales improvements. Strong SQL and Python skills, plus clear communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (CS, statistics, analytics)
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Experience coding in Python
• Ability to communicate effectively across business contexts (in-person, video, email)

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of insurance operations, KPIs and goals
• Develop and automate data pipelines and dashboards monitoring insurance products
• Maintain documentation, validate pipelines and implement data quality monitoring
• Support development and deployment of AI capabilities in insurance operations
• Productionize ML models for retention and sales improvements
