Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, validation, and deployment of statistical and machine learning models addressing complex business needs.
• Use statistical and ML techniques to build models that address business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Work with large, complex data sets and develop knowledge of Auto-Owners data structures and metrics.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present results clearly to stakeholders with visual displays of quantitative information.
• Design, prototype, and implement new approaches for solving problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, architects, and business leaders.
• Create clear documentation for models.
• Monitor model performance and implement iterative improvements.
