Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, CS, Actuarial) or equivalent experience.
• PhD preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries; cloud and data-pipeline tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models for underwriting, pricing, claims, and retention.
• Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and product teams to translate problems into data solutions.
• Communicate insights to leadership through data storytelling and dashboards.
