Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking a Jr. Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support decision-making across departments.

Reporting to the SVP of Network Optimization in the Assets department, you will be the key data leader, building dashboards and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve performance and processes. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and eager to learn how data drives business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a data analytics, reporting, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and SQL a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively analyze datasets to answer key business questions and identify trends that drive performance, productivity, and efficiency across the organization
• Investigate and communicate areas where operational improvements can be made, backed by data-driven insights
• Create, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports by interpreting data from multiple sources
• Support stakeholders by delivering concise, accurate, and visually compelling reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Collaborate directly with business users and department managers to gather requirements, understand objectives, and ensure data solutions meet user needs
• Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear, structured manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Maintain documentation of reports, data sources, and analytical processes to ensure repeatability and clarity
