Job summary

Job is seeking a Junior Data Entry Specialist in San Diego, CA. You will support client data management and administrative tasks in a fast-paced office.

Your duties include data entry of client and policy information, creating spreadsheets for client tracking, and electronic filing. You’ll field phone calls and assist customers with issues, requiring attention to detail, strong organization, and timely, accurate work. Prior health-industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office; SQL a plus).
• Must have experience with general office functions.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized, with timely, accurate work.
• Experience with health insurance/health company preferred.
