Kiewit Corporation is hiring an entry-level Data Engineer to join its Data Platform team in Omaha, Nebraska. This onsite role supports the engineering of pipelines and infrastructure that deliver analytics-ready tables, working closely with experienced team members as you build, test, and maintain production data flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL with joins, aggregations, and normalization concepts.
• Experience writing Python scripts and using libraries such as pandas.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain SQL transformations and Python scripts for data ingestion and transformation workflows.
• Assist with building and testing ETL/ELT pipelines under guidance from senior engineers.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing to ensure data quality.
