Verda in Santa Clara is seeking a Junior Data Center Technician to build hands-on skills on real production GPU hardware, working with experienced technicians on a shift team to keep systems running around the clock.
This all-rounder role covers hardware, cabling, and general site operations, with a clear path to grow. You will rack and stack servers, install equipment, and learn from the team on rotation. The position is on-site, full-time, with growth opportunities based on performance.
At Verda, we're building a full-stack AI cloud, covering everything from data centers and hardware to our own cloud platform that the world's leading AI teams use to do serious AI work.
We strive to make a positive mark on the world through the infrastructure we build and give leading teams a service they can truly depend on. Headquartered in Helsinki, we operate globally with offices in London and San Francisco.
Join Verda while it’s still being built - not once it’s finished.
Our sites run high-density GPU infrastructure around the clock, and the physical layer has to be right every time. As a Junior Data Center Technician you'll build your hands‑on skills on real production hardware, working alongside experienced technicians on the shift team.
This is an all-rounder role rather than a specialist one. You'll cover hardware, cabling, and general site operations rather than going deep in a single area, and there's a real path to grow.
We're looking for someone with genuine hands‑on aptitude and sound operational instincts, even without much data centre experience yet.
We're building fast and this role needs the right person behind it. There's no artificial deadline, but when we find who we're looking for, we move.
