Qualifications

• Requires BS in relevant discipline and a minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Dept. of Energy Clearance, and U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Experience in mission-critical production environments with change control, incident response, and structured troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support across all dimensions of the Data Center environment.
• Deliver Level I and/or Level II technical support to server technicians, network administrators, and support personnel for systems including cabling, power, space planning, and cooling in a large Data Center setting.
• Troubleshoot complex problems spanning multiple subsystems with in-depth knowledge of Data Center operations.
• Apply knowledge of cooling, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and basic chemical analysis to support open and closed-loop water systems in HPC environments.
• Collaborate on data center consolidation efforts, design and plan consolidation activities with customers.
