Job summary

Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a Data Center Technician to support a major national laboratory in Albuquerque. You will provide Level I/II support for servers, networks, and data center systems in a mission-critical environment.

The role requires a related AS degree with at least 2 years of experience, DOE clearance eligibility, and US citizenship. Strong troubleshooting, networking, and collaboration skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Requires AS in relevant discipline plus a minimum of 2 years, or more, of directly related experience.
Related experience may be substituted for relevant education and vice versa.
Ability to obtain & maintain a U.S. Dept. of Energy Clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support across all dimensions of the Data Center environment.
Deliver Level I and/or Level II technical support to server technicians, network administrators, and support personnel for various systems.
Troubleshoot complex problems spanning multiple subsystems in a large data center.
Collaborate on data center consolidation efforts with customers to design and plan activities.
Develop innovative solutions and provide analysis to executive management for data center operations.
