The ideal candidate is curious and organized, with strong Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization skills. You will create dashboards, produce recurring and ad-hoc reports, and present findings to stakeholders to drive smarter

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or reporting.
• Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and analytical techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Create recurring and ad-hoc reports for management and internal teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations.
• Use SQL to retrieve and analyze information from databases.
• Use Excel or Google Sheets to perform calculations, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist with forecasting, performance analysis, and business reporting.
• Work with senior analysts and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies or errors.
• Document analytical processes, reports, and data sources.
• Present findings in a clear and understandable manner.
• Support ongoing data and business-intelligence projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and security when handling company and customer data.
