Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to turn data into insights that drive strategic decisions. The role supports resource optimization across departments by delivering forecasts and reports, helping management identify trends and opportunities. Hybrid office environment with one day remote per week.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 0–2 years of data analysis experience, plus strong Excel/SQL skills and clear communication across management levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of data analysis and reporting or related experience.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
• Clear communicator with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of customer interaction, operational and transactional data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with AI and NLP-enabled analysis of customer interactions and classifications.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and business partners to develop data definitions and methodologies.
• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards and end-user data resources.
• Document analytical processes, data definitions and methodologies.
