Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a motivated Data Analyst to support a large-scale data cleanup and standardization project for a manufacturing client in Jacksonville, FL. You will review thousands of product records in the ERP, identify duplicates, and ensure accuracy across inventories.

You will collaborate with Procurement and Inventory teams, use Excel for data analysis, and help improve data quality and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing, analyzing, and validating large datasets in a professional setting.
• Ability to research discrepancies and verify product information using specs and part numbers.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, clean, and standardize thousands of product and inventory records in the ERP.
• Identify duplicates, missing data, incorrect part numbers, and inconsistencies.
• Use Excel to analyze, compare, validate, and organize large datasets.
• Research and verify product information using specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Inventory teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate item records and flag obsolete or duplicate items for correction.
• Support improvements to data accuracy, consistency, and inventory processes.
