Visionaire Partners, LLC. is seeking a Data Analyst to help drive catalog data integration for our ecommerce site in a hybrid Houston setting. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy for product, pricing, and visuals before publication.

You will write SQL queries, develop Python scripts to automate workflows, and review vendor data to support quality and consistency across systems. 1 year of experience and a relevant degree are preferred.

• 1 year of professional Data Analyst experience (internships welcome).

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Join a team to help drive the integration of our product catalog into our website by ensuring that critical product, pricing, and visual data are accurate and ready for our e-commerce site!

Position Type: 12+ month contract (possibility of extension or conversion to perm)

Schedule/Location: Hybrid in Houston, TX (1 day/week remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and break down large datasets into manageable subsets to drive informed business decisions.
• Write custom SQL queries from scratch to extract, manage, and inspect product data.
• Develop Python scripts to automate data workflows, validation, and processing tasks.
• Review, structure, and verify incoming vendor Excel sheets for accuracy before uploading data into proprietary systems.
• Validate product pricing, visual aids, and asset associations within internal systems prior to final site publication.
• Run diagnostic checks, troubleshoot inaccurate data rules, and resolve inconsistencies (e.g., conflicting product attributes like glass door specifications).
• Participate in weekly vendor meetings to discuss data quality, address discrepancies, and align on data standards.

REQUIRED:

• 1 year of professional experience as a Data Analyst (Internship experience welcome!)
• Experience writing SQL queries from scratch
• Excel - advanced proficiency with PivotTables & VLOOKUPs
• Exposure to Python scripting for task automation
• High attention to detail & strong troubleshooting/analytical problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in a relevant discipline
