Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Junior Dashboard Administrator for the GMOS contract supporting the Department of State. You will assist with dashboard data, near-real-time insights, and reporting to help program success.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 0–3 years’ experience, active Secret clearance, and the ability to work in a team; candidates with IT operations or data analytics interest are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–3 years in data analysis or IT ops.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Ability to learn BI/visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail and data validation across sources.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Contract Status Reports and Weekly Activity Reports from dashboard metrics.
• Compile travel-related dashboard data for Trip Reports.
• Track quality metrics and corrective actions in QMP dashboards.
• Develop integrated operational dashboards with near-real-time refresh (≤15 minutes).
• Support Quarterly Spend Plan dashboard on labor hours and CLINs.
• Collect dashboard data from Data Center Management and SDDC metrics.
• Monitor enterprise dashboards and incident status with DT ENMOC.
• Gather data from Oracle Enterprise Manager, Splunk, AppDynamics, and other tools.
• Contribute to Capacity Management Plan dashboards with utilization metrics.
• Track disaster recovery dashboards including 2N redundancy and RTO/RPO.
