• Experience integrating data from multiple sources and delivering accessible visuals.
• Familiarity with BI platforms and IT operations metrics; Section 508 accessibility knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Contract Status Reports and Weekly Activity Reports with dashboards, KPIs and visualizations.
• Develop Trip Report dashboards for travel activities, costs and lessons learned.
• Implement Quality Management Plan dashboards tracking quality, audits and compliance.
• Maintain dashboards for near-real-time enterprise health, availability, capacity and security posture.
• Create Quarterly Spend Plan dashboards with labor, CLIN costs and burn rates.
• Configure Data Center, Enterprise Operations Center dashboards with alerting and incident metrics.
• Integrate data from Grafana, Oracle EM, Splunk, AppDynamics with automated alerts.
• Develop capacity management dashboards for trend analysis and forecasting.
