Qualifications

• Hands-on import operations or brokerage support experience is expected.
• Familiarity with import documentation (invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading).
• Basic HTS classification concepts and CBP processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process basic to intermediate import entries in CBP systems.
• Review invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading for compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate with CBP and PGAs (FDA, EPA, DOT).
• Track shipment releases, examinations, and holds, and update clients.
