Job summary

Seven Senders in Town of Belgium, WI seeks a Logistics Operations professional to join the Execution team. You will ensure SLA compliance, coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and customers, and work with account management to optimize logistics for clients.

Fluent English and German communication with customer contacts, and preparing weekly to quarterly performance reports in Excel/PowerPoint are core duties. This role offers a hybrid work model with flexible remote-office setup.

Qualifications

• Data-driven work approach and a strong service orientation.
• MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in English and German (C1 or above).
• Operational experience in CEP, transportation, or warehouse management in e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with customer-specific SLAs in your customer portfolio.
• Proactively organizing the resolution of issues in existing logistical solutions, in collaboration with internal departments and our customers.
• Close coordination with key account management and other internal departments to optimize logistics and transport processes for our customers.
• Communicating with our customers operational contacts in German and English to build long-term, trusting collaboration.
• Preparing and independently discussing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint with our customers.

Our B2B Logistics Operations Execution team is responsible for resolving operational incidents and managing operational relationships with our strategic customers. With extensive know‑how in logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce, we understand our customers' unique operational challenges and continuously strive for innovation and improvement.

The essence of your role:

• Ensuring compliance with customer‑specific SLAs in your customer portfolio.

This is what you need to succeed:

• Operational experience in parcel operations (CEP), transportation, or warehouse management in an e‑commerce environment
• Experience in B2B customer communication and customer service
• Data‑driven work approach and a strong service orientation
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Proficiency in English and German (C1 or above)
