Responsibilities include monitoring and processing merchant payments, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and updating FAQs, SOPs, and knowledge base tools for new features and requirements. Proficiency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in Crypto, FinTech, or Banking.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Strong soft skills including courtesy, interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process merchant payments accurately within agreed service levels.
• Coordinate with internal support teams to resolve transaction-related issues efficiently.
