Intermedia seeks a Visual Designer to join our in-house creative team, working on vibrant, innovative projects that support marketing initiatives. The Visual Design Specialist / Graphic Designer will collaborate directly with the Creative Director to develop and execute visual concepts that stand out and effectively communicate our brand.

The successful candidate will work closely with our creative, web development, partner, and marketing teams on campaigns, product launches, and brand refinement. We are looking for a versatile junior designer to support our creative initiatives. This is a US remote opportunity, following a 9 to 5 PST schedule. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Intermedia’s visual language across platforms, including campaigns, product launches, web design, banners, collateral, ads, presentations, and social media content.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, refine as needed, and execute approved ideas.
• Maintain and develop Intermedia’s brand image, adhering to brand guidelines, selecting colors, images, text styles, and layouts.
• Support frontend web design for Intermedia’s website and portals.
• Assist in creating collateral materials for marketing and private label content.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and project managers on translation and campaign initiatives.
• Design environmental graphics for tradeshows as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency in web, print, event design, video, and social media creative requirements.
• Strong concept development skills. Experience supporting campaign launches.
• Excellent composition and typography skills. Skilled in banner development, illustration, icon, and logo design across platforms.
• Ability to support video, print, icon, and logo design with strong illustration skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools. Knowledge of AI creation tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Figma and web production tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator, team player, adaptable, and creative.
