Colliers Mortgage LLC is seeking a new graduate to launch a career in sales and leasing within Commercial Real Estate in Chicago, IL. You will prospect, network, and build relationships with top-tier clients while learning across Leasing, Investment Sales and Equity Placement/Debt Financing teams.

You must have graduated Fall 2026 or Winter/Spring 2027, hold a real estate license or be willing to obtain one within six months, and demonstrate strong MS Office skills and excellent customer

Qualificações

• Graduation Fall 2026 or Winter/Spring 2027 from US university.
• Real estate license in-state or willing to become licensed within six months.
• Understanding of real estate industry terminology and related documentation or related sales experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly in writing and speaking.
• Ability to meet deadlines, produce high-quality deliverables, and pay attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities through prospecting, networking and relationship-building.
• Create solutions-oriented opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales and other teams across product lines and with property management.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and opportunities.
• Engage in local business events, networking, and client meetings to learn the market.
