Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Reston, VA seeks a Corporate Energy Associate to support complex energy, infrastructure, and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development, and strategic investments.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of relevant transactional experience and a JD from an accredited law school. Familiarity with tax equity financings is a plus, and flexibility to engage in cross-border matters is preferred.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• 1–3 years of corporate/energy/infrastructure transactional experience desired.
• Familiarity with tax equity financings and structured financings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions.
• Draft legal documents, including memos and contracts.
• Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop transaction strategies.
• Participate in high-level negotiations and ensure regulatory compliance.
