Qualifications

• Experience conducting due diligence and coordinating requests.
• Experience drafting and reviewing closing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of mergers and acquisitions, including diligence, drafting, negotiation, signing and closing activities.
• Perform complex legal research and manage due diligence requests.
• Evaluate projects, partnerships, mergers, divestitures, and acquisitions for potential issues.
• Advise clients on governance, policies, IP, employment, operations, and regulatory matters under supervision.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to gain hands-on experience.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
