Responsibilities

• Proactively manage deadlines across multiple clients and matters.
• Communicate with clients and colleagues in an effective and timely manner.
• Conduct legal research and analysis; explain complex concepts clearly.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and examine witnesses.
• Prepare clear, persuasive pleadings, letters, and motions.
• Draft strategic discovery requests and responses; review documents efficiently.
• Demonstrate comfort in speaking and leading discussions with clients.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
