&Barr in Orlando is seeking a Junior Copywriter who can craft engaging, memorable copy across media. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of ad agency experience and a strong portfolio highlighting 5–6 campaigns. You will join a hybrid team with 4 in-office days and 1 remote day, collaborating with creatives to develop concepts, write headlines, and deliver versatile messaging for diverse brands.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Junior Copywriter that will always deliver work that'll make someone laugh, cry, click, whatever, no matter the medium. The ideal candidate would have previous ad agency experience and 5-6 campaigns in their portfolio.
