Job summary

ProMach is seeking an Entry Level Controls Engineer to join TechniBlend's engineering team. You will assist in designing and specifying electrical and controls systems under guidance from senior engineers, contributing to PLC and HMI programming and system integration.

The role emphasizes hands-on design work, documentation, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Travel up to 50% is possible, primarily within North America, to support testing and customer deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in control systems engineering; internship or co-op in manufacturing is a plus.
• Coursework or hands-on experience with PLC programming and HMI development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of PLC and HMI control systems for food & beverage processing equipment.
• Support development of electrical schematics, BOMs, process flow diagrams, panel layouts, and field wiring diagrams.
• Prepare supporting documentation including functional narratives, manuals, and startup procedures.
