Job summary

Angayut, LLC is seeking two Junior Contract Analysts for on-site support at A.T. Augusta Military Medical Center. You will assist in healthcare and non-healthcare requirements packages, prepare compliant pre-award and post-award documentation, and track acquisition actions while guiding customers and CORs through the requirements-development process.

U.S. citizenship is required. Position emphasizes independent work, coordination with DHA personnel, and adherence to federal acquisition policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours in relevant fields.
• Experience as Federal employee or contractor in GS-1102 or equivalent.
• Certification: DAWIA Contracting Level I or FAC-C or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare compliant pre-award and post-award documents per FAR, DFARS, DHA and DoD supplements.
• Support purchasing, source-selection, research, policy development, financial analysis and program management.
• Formulate and update Performance Work Statements and related documentation.
• Meet with leaders and CORs to develop requirements for contracting approval.
• Assist departments with healthcare and non-healthcare requirements packages.
• Generate and update forms, trackers and documentation for contracting submissions.
• Prepare monthly reports on acquisition and contracting actions.
• Provide training and briefings on contracting processes.
• Coordinate with DHA Procurement Support.
