Job summary

Angayut, LLC is seeking a Contract Analyst to provide on-site contract and procurement support to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The analyst will handle federal acquisition support across routine to moderately complex requirements and work as part of an integrated acquisition team.

The role requires knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ability to manage multiple tasks, and clear documentation. This position is based on-site with potential for cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, organization, or a qualifying combination of these fields is preferred.
• At least five years of direct Federal procurement experience as a Federal employee or contractor in the GS-1102 series or equivalent.
• DAWIA Contracting Level II or DoD contracting professional certification or FAC-C or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of federal acquisition processes and DoD contracting principles.
• Ability to manage routine through moderately complex matters and coordinate with others.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of acquisition management from planning to closeout.
• Apply FAR, DFARS, DoD directives, and related regulations.
• Assist with requirements development, market research, solicitation documents, evaluation support, and award documentation.
• Perform price and cost analysis using procurement history, expenditures, market data, and rates.
• Coordinate with Contracting Officers, program managers, and legal counsel.
• Prepare clear, audit‑ready acquisition products and maintain records.
