Role Description

LTT Partners is hiring a Junior Marketing Content Specialist (Photo & Video) to capture and share the work our team does every day.

This is a part-time, entry-level role based in the Portland Metro area for a photographer and videographer with 0 to 2 years of experience. Full-time will be considered for the right candidate. You'll photograph and film our installations, projects, events, and team, and help turn that material into content for our website, social media, and sales team.

You'll report to our Marketing Manager and work with a local team contact for scheduling and job site visits. No technology background is needed. We're looking for someone with a good eye, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Core responsibilities

• Photography: Capture photos of customer installations, completed projects, team activities, and events.
• Videography: Film and edit videos showcasing our work, solutions, and customer stories.
• Project case studies: Develop case studies for past and newly completed projects, highlighting the customer's needs, our solutions, and results, including capturing customer interviews, photos, and video.
• Project coverage: Coordinate with our team to photograph and document upcoming projects during installation and after completion.
• Onsite events: Attend events, capture content, and assist with setup and coordination.
• Editing and delivery: Select, edit, and deliver final photos and video based on shot lists from the marketing team.
• Content library: Upload, tag, and organize photos and video so the team can easily find and reuse them.
• Media releases: Coordinate customer approvals for photo and video use with our project and sales teams.

• Social media: Create and schedule social content using the photos and video you capture.
• Website updates: Update Shopify product pages, images, and website content.
• SEO: Support search optimization through image alt text, file naming, and page updates.
• Paid advertising: Produce creative assets for Google Ads and paid social campaigns, and help monitor performance.
• Email prospecting: Build prospect lists, draft outreach emails, and help manage campaigns.
• AI tools: Use AI tools to speed up content creation and day-to-day marketing tasks.
• Event logistics: Research venues, prepare event materials, and help with branded merchandise.
• Other projects: Support the marketing team with additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Photography and videography skills are required. Please include a portfolio. School, freelance, and personal projects are welcome.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in photography, videography, content creation, or marketing (internships count)
• Degree in photography, film, multimedia, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Comfortable with photo and video editing tools
• Reliable and organized, with the ability to follow a shot list and meet deadlines
• Comfortable on active commercial job sites and willing to follow safety requirements, including PPE
• Able to work independently with a remote manager
• Based in the Portland Metro area with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
