Job description

The Program partners with the world’s most competitive and innovative brands to develop highly strategic and creative solutions. We are the insights to action agency. At our core, we are problem seekers and thought partners. Our unique model challenges global, iconic brands to navigate moments of transformation and engage their ever‑evolving future consumer.

We’re looking for a Content Creative to join our in‑house content team. Do you obsess about content creation? From how Content Creators are delivering fresh content, to how consumers engage brands, through short and long‑form content? You keep one eye on future technologies, methodologies, and media types that excite and engage audiences.

This role focuses on operating (video and photo) and post‑production (video editing, coloring, photo treatments, etc), working with our team and external contractors/crew to help execute, capture, and edit content.

How We Work

At The Program, how we work matters just as much as what we produce. Our responsibilities are grounded in three core values that guide decision‑making, collaboration, and growth across every role:

  • Curiosity — Ask better questions. Challenge assumptions. Learn fast.
  • Grit — We stay persistent when things get hard, balancing speed and quality.
  • Goosebumps — We aim to create work that moves people, not just work that checks the box.

These values shape how we approach our responsibilities, collaborate with teammates, and grow in our craft.

Responsibilities
  • Operating camera equipment of various types, from cinema to consumer‑grade (DP/Cam Op)
  • Directing, editing, and color grading all types of content
  • Involvement in all aspects of content production from creative conceptualization and development through post‑production for projects of various sizes; develop treatments and shot lists
  • Ability to lead sets and communicate with crew (Director, DP, AC, Gaffer, Sound Mixer, PA, DIT)
  • Contribute to and take ownership of post‑production jobs, collaborating with the creative and content teams across editing, coloring, and delivering assets
  • Provide thoughtful insight and feedback that pushes the creative
  • Photography and photo editing/treatment
  • Dutifully contribute to maintaining file organization, archival standards, and content management
  • Ability to work in studio, on location, and travel on assignments
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds, help haul gear, etc
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5+ years of content creation, photography, video production, and post‑production experience working in an agency or brand environment
  • Strong proficiency in concepting, creating shot lists, editing, color grading, and operating cameras (RED, DSLR, etc)
  • Solid proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, Adobe Lightroom, etc
  • Experience in experimentation with new technologies and methods, including AI and generative content
  • Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Cinema4D, and Blender a plus
  • Sound design experience is a plus
  • Thoughtfully approach work using best practices to deliver high‑quality content in the changing digital landscape
  • Accountability to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds while maintaining a high quality of work with creative integrity
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and entrepreneurial environment and seize the opportunity to make a difference
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, on multiple overlapping projects
  • Experience working with art directors, content producers, writers, directors, business affairs, talent, crew, etc
Reports To

The Content Creative role reports directly to a Senior Art Director.
