Qualifications

Part-Time | Approximately 20–25 Hours Per Week | Primarily On-Site

Looking for a creative, energetic Marketing & Content Coordinator to help us capture and share what is happening every day at our Phoenix manufacturing facility.

We manufacture specialized surface-cleaning equipment used by airports, municipalities, contractors, ports, government organizations, and industrial customers around the world.

There is almost always something interesting happening here — equipment being built, machines being tested, new products being developed, customer demonstrations, training, shipments, and real-world cleaning applications.

We need someone who can recognize those moments, capture them, and turn them into great content.

What You'll Do

• Take photos and videos of equipment, production, testing, demonstrations, training, and company activity.
• Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and product clips.
• Design social media graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
• Edit and improve photos for digital and print use.
• Help maintain a consistent social media posting schedule.
• Write captions and basic marketing copy.
• Help organize our growing library of photos, videos, graphics, and marketing assets.
• Work with sales, production, engineering, and management to identify upcoming content opportunities.
• Bring new ideas for how we can better showcase, our equipment, and our customers

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable talking with people
• Interested in photography and video
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment
• Able to recognize good content opportunities without always being told what to photograph or film

You should be equally comfortable spending time creating something on Canva and walking through our facility to film a machine being tested.

Skills We'd Like to See

• Photography and photo editing
• Graphic design or visual layout skills

A college degree is not required for this position.

We're much more interested in what you can create than where you learned how to create it.

If you have a strong portfolio of social media content, photography, video, graphic design, Canva projects, freelance work, personal projects, or creative work from previous jobs, we want to see it.

Schedule

Approximately 20–25 hours per week with flexibility in scheduling.

This is primarily an on-site position at our Phoenix facility because capturing current activity is one of the most important parts of the role.

Some flexibility may occasionally be needed around customer demonstrations, equipment testing, training, or other major events.
